If you or your fiancé were married before, we’ll also need the divorce certificate.
You do not need a marriage license before you book your wedding. Only after booking will you need a marriage license and we do also sell marriage licenses at the chapel.
The County Clerk will mail your Marriage Certificate to you if you fill out the forms, or if you purchase your marriage license through us then you can pay for the certificate to be mailed to you in 4-5 weeks. If you choose to get it in person it takes around 4 weeks to pick up from the county
If you purchase a public marriage license then yes you will need witnesses. If you purchase a confidential marriage license then no you do not need witnesses. We sell Confidential Marriage Licenses at the Chapel.
In CA, you don’t need the blood test to be married.
In order to get the best date and time, you should book your wedding with 8 weeks in advance. But if your wedding date is within the next 8 weeks, please contact us for availability.
No, depending on the package you choose you can reserve with 40% and pay the rest the day of the wedding.
Maximum capacity of our chapel is 70 people.
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own pastor, minister, reverend, priest, etc. (at no extra charge).
No, we don’t. But we have agreements with 3 venues that can accommodate you and your guests

The deposit is non-refundable, but you have up to 6 months from the original wedding date to reschedule your wedding.
